Community Reconstruction housing (CRH)

The Agency’s mission is to provide Educational, Leadership, and Employment opportunities to minority and impoverished citizens, and primarily focuses on addressing the needs of black boys.  Over the past 20 years, the Agency has served hundreds of black boys residing in the cities of Pompano Beach, West Park, Miramar, and Hallandale Beach.  Life coaches with shared racial and life experiences and cultural values deliver mentor-like coaching and skills training; shared experiences and values build confidence and trust necessary for a meaningful “coach/player” relationship.

  • Empower our youth with protective and resiliency factors that encourage respect and responsibility for self, family, community, educational and personal achievement.
