Founded in 1999, Community Reconstruction Housing, Inc. (CRH) is a Florida nonprofit 501(c) (3) community based youth and family development agency.

The Agency’s mission is to provide Educational, Leadership and Employment opportunities to minority and impoverished citizens and primarily focuses on addressing the needs of black boys.

CRH creates opportunities for people to transform their own lives by fostering behavioral changes that promote personal responsibility, healthy relationships, and positive contributions to society. We accomplish this through 'The Rites of Passage' (ROP) prevention program, job skill training and certifications (iTRAINING Workforce), life skills training, job placement assistant, housing for adults and youth in need.

Accomplishments include: 1) partnerships with Broward County Public Schools, the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ); the City of Pompano Beach, and local law enforcement; 2) funding from the Children’s Services Council (CSC), City of Pompano, DJJ, and the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO); and 3) a zero involvement with law enforcement for Program participants.

CRH is the most effective solution for reducing recidivism, unemployment and homelessness.
